July 4, 2012: Some people using Firefox on a PC have reported that the video window does not have a 'play' button and the video will not play.

This is currently a hot issue with the latest version of Adobe Flash player on your workstation. If you are having this issue, follow the instructions at http://mzl.la/LA0mpi. Our viewers have reported that they work to fix the problem.

As an alternative to following the instructions, you can also watch the videos using a different browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, or Safari. We anticipate that Adobe will fix the problem in an automatic update soon.
